THUNDERCLAP & Adam CK Vollick | Canada | 2024 | 72m

Inspired by THUNDERCLAP’s holiday song “Blank Slate,” which addresses the neglected aspects of Christmas, THUNDERCLAP and filmmaker Adam CK Vollick created a documentary highlighting the escalating homelessness issue in the Niagara Region. The film aims to raise awareness about the often-overlooked individuals in our cities, encouraging the broader community to acknowledge and connect with their stories.

This film was funded in part by the City of Niagara Falls

Niagara Falls based artist THUNDERCLAP has worked in front & behind the camera for over 2 decades now as an actor/ producer/ filmmaker. He’s collaborated and/or shared the stage with notables such as: Tony Robbins, Michael Moore, The Trews, Mary Margarate O’Hara, Spookey Ruben, Hotel-Mira, The Plastic People of the Universe, & Mark Plati, to mention a few.

Adam CK Vollick is a multitalented Director of Photography/ Filmmaker. His work with Luminaries such as Neil Young, Daniel Lanois, Jonathan Demme and Justin Timberlake has garnered him Grammy and Emmy nominations and showcased his work on the international stage. In his free time, Adam enjoys exploring new technologies and experimenting with new techniques to continuously improve his craft.

Kearah Holmes is a Niagara-based artist attending Brock University who found a passion in film making with friends from a video art class.
